Listen up while an expert from Urban Oyster talks you through the distilling process, flavors that you’re tasting, history of the booze, NYC’s alcoholic past and present plus other fun anecdotes that will make you the star of every cocktail party for decades. While you sip your complimentary concoctions from Cacao Prieto and Jack From Brooklyn, you’ll take in the sweet, cool rhythms of bebop, smoky blue, ballads and other jazz standards as you sail against with the backdrop of NYC skyline all lit up. Led by acclaimed jazz guitarist, Joe Cohn, the jazz quintet will be curated by James Polsky, legendary founder of the Jazz Standard.
The 2-hour sail leaves Wednesday October 10th from Pier 17 at South Street Seaport at 7:00pm, returning after cocktails, jazz and a moonlit tour around the Manhattan harbor at 9:00pm. Tickets are limited, so don’t miss this once in a lifetime event!
Redemption Instructions
Please call 212.619.0907 at least 24 hours in advance of your sail to confirm your reservation. Print Voucher and show to Manhattan by Sail crew member at dock.
Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time and stop by the Manhattan by Sail/Clipper City ticket booth located on Pier 17 at the South Street Seaport to exchange your voucher for a boarding pass. If you have not checked in 10 minutes prior to the departure time, you risk losing your space on the boat. You must have a boarding pass with you in order to board the Clipper City.
Take the 2,3,4 or 5 train to Fulton Street. A/C train to Broadway-Nassau. Walk East on Fulton Street to South Street Seaport.
Please arrive no later than 6:30PM on Wednesday October 10.

Fine Print
In the event of a cancellation by the Captain of the Clipper City or Shearwater due to severe weather conditions or mechanical failure, customers will be rescheduled at no additional fee. Refunds are not offered.
If you wish to reschedule your sail, the following policy applies:
- Up to 24 hours prior to departure time, customer may call to reschedule, based on availability, at no additional charge. 212.619.0907. (48 hours for groups of 10 people or more; 1 week notice for groups of 30 or more)
- Within 24 hours, a $10 per passenger surcharge will be applied
- MBS must be informed of a reschedule no less than 1 hour before departure time or customer will forfeit their reservation.
